Leadership Training

Building mentally strong workplaces from the top down.

Our Leadership Training Program is designed to equip leaders, supervisors, and wellness champions with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Delivered on-site or off-site, this 6 hour session can be split across multiple modules to suit operational demands and shift schedules.

Grounded in real-world experience and backed by research, the training focuses on practical strategies for recognising early signs of distress, responding effectively to mental health challenges, and fostering a psychologically safe and supportive culture in your workplace. Leaders learn how to guide their teams through everyday stressors and crisis situations, while promoting resilience, open communication, and help-seeking behaviours.
